Welcome!

As a business owner or self-employed person, you probably have heard of the services offered by consultancies: management consulting, best business practices, strategic planning, ... Nonetheless, we are not the traditional consulting firm invoicing high fees for low delivery. Rather, we make sure that you receive the most relevant service. Relevant service? Yes, low delivery does not mean that our competitors do not do their job, they do it! Only that they do the wrong job, so your paid invoices only turn out to be beneficial for the consulting firm, not for yours. Conversely, we make sure that the results of our services are effective to your bottom line, not only to ours.

Indeed, through deep analysis of your business model, the condition of your target market, and your firm's capabilities, we prepare the best course of action for you, not an adapted course of action... from your competitor, or even worse... one taken from a generic model in a book. But since a report on the status of things in your firm hardly has any effect in your bottom line, we reflect this fact in our invoices: we will bill you at a significant lower rate than for our other services. Does it sound like 'bait and switch' tactics? It sounds like, but it is not in our case. To prove it, we clearly establish this in the contract; and we state that you are free to take your business somewhere else, if so you desire. With this, we send a clear message about the superiority of our services: take your business somewhere else if you find someone who does it better.

How you can retain us

We work through what we call business units (BU), or fractions of them. A business unit is a 40-hour-person work period. Logically, such a period may span for more than a calendar week, if for example a task in a project has to be temporarily suspended. However, you will receive invoices detailing the actual hours for which you are being invoiced. BUs are a tool for estimation of duration and effort in our projects. Thus, after listening to the needs of a prospective client (for free), we prepare a business proposal with estimates.

Based on the proposal, you may choose to request modifications in scope or scheduling of your project. We listen to you. When an agreement is reached, we prepare a contract that is unique to your project because of the uniqueness of your firm and its needs.
